The week includes:
- Stay at Casa de Mareas (4 suites), a 16th century Cantabrian mansion restored with welfare measures, in Escalante, a charming village of medieval origin, located in Trasmiera, just 4km from the famous beach of Berria, perfect for surfing. A real HOME THAT TAKES CARE OF YOU, located in an incomparable setting, the natural park of the “Marismas de Santoña”. Maximum capacity 8 people.
- One tasting menu per person staying and stay in the three Michelin star restaurant, El Cenador de Amós (drinks not included).
- Professional work space with ergonomic furniture by ACTIÚ with high speed and LIFI by Signify, perfect for teleworking during your stay in the best place in the house, the attic, which has overflowing light all day long. The space has eight professional workstations.
- Two hours of daily cleaning, for your convenience.

Price per week: The experience at Cenador de Amós will be included as a gift in the promotional price of the house with 4 suites, with no additional supplements. The price per week will be 4,825 euros. Price per person from 600 € per week.

Maximum capacity: the house has 4 double rooms with en suite bathroom (one of them is adapted). The house has a lift to the first floor where the rooms are located. Maximum capacity for 8 people.
Virtual visit: in the visit you will be able to see all the elements that attributes Casa de Mareas as a HOUSE THAT CARES FOR YOU. It is a house divided into two modules that can work together or independently. The main part has 4 suites, in addition to the work space, and is the one that is part of the promotion.

Restaurant El Cenador de Amós
Did you know that there are 13 Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain and that Cenador de Amós is the only one in Cantabria to hold this highest distinction? Located in an 18th century palatial mansion in Villaverde de Pontones, its owner and chef, Jesús Sánchez, together with his team, achieved their first star in 1995, the second in 2016 and the third in 2019. Since then, they have been winning more awards than ever and their cuisine shines more brightly than ever. In the last edition, they won the green star and the National Gastronomy Award, given to Jesús Sánchez as the best chef in 2022. El Cenador de Amós is a tribute to his grandfather, who was passionate about cooking and whose dream was to create a restaurant, a dream that has been more than fulfilled by his grandson. It is a story of slow-burning constancy and good work. A genuine gastronomic experience in a unique setting.
Next to the best beaches in Cantabria
Casa de Mareas is located in the natural park of the Santoña Marshes, in Escalante, considered the “Santillana del Mar de la Trasmiera”, in Cantabria, just 3km from one of the best beaches in Cantabria, the kilometre-long beach of Berria, chosen by surf lovers as one of their favourite beaches par excellence where they go all year round, especially suitable for beginners. 7 km away is Trengandín beach in Noja, considered by National Geographic in 2023 as one of the best in Spain. The beaches of Somo and Langre are 15 minutes away.

The house is wonderful, it has everything you can imagine… the avant-garde decoration to the fullest, different atmospheres, perfect for a large group. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, Wi-Fi and Lifi (via LED). A dream. The village is very cute with a super little supermarket and an inn where they make culinary wonders to order. Pure countryside for strolling as soon as you leave the town centre. Next to championship beaches, what more could you ask for?
